Internationalization for rCache

I am currently working on several enhancements for rCache, one of which is Internationalization. I would like to make rCache's user interface available in as many languages as possible. I would like to start with German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Chinese.

Being an American, I need help with this. After all, if you are Tri-lingual you can speak 3 languages, if you are Bi-lingual you can speak 2 languages and if you are Mono-lingual, you are from the US.
